As a Hollywood Mom, you know the pressures of organizing your child to go to auditions, acting classes, agency meetings, etc. Many of you may even have to travel great distances to meet all of these demands. You may find this to be a much more comfortable and cost saving way to live like a local in a city away from home. For your child(ren), this may be a great way to make them feel more relaxed, being in a home-like setting, and could help them perform better in important work settings.

The beauty of Roomorama is the plethora of pictures of each rental unit, a check-list of amenities, property information and rates. Payment for these accommodations can be made by any major credit card or PayPal account directly through the site. The host does not receive your payment until you check into the unit.

Hollywood Homes: Charlie Sheen’s Cool California Casa

“Two and Half Men” star Charlie Sheen is selling his designer perfect Spanish-style home which appears to be somewhere in the Hollywood Hills.  This cool casa offers multiple outdoor entertainment areas, beamed ceilings, arched and coved windows and entry ways and is the epitome of casual comfort meets old Hollywood chic.  Oh, and it has a lush, green yard – a premium in these parts. Hollywood Homes: Lobo View Estate

The Hollywood Mom Blog wouldn’t be “Hollywood” if we didn’t share a few of the finer things we encounter on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Fortunately for this blog, I’m surrounded by good friends with fabulous families, careers, lives and of course, HOMES.  The Hollywood Homes category on HMB isn’t specific to residences in the 90069 or 90071, but rather fabulous properties throughout Los Angeles County from Malibu down to Redondo Beach. Over time, we’ll bring you a smattering of it all.

 

The first HMB residence showcased for your viewing pleasure is the Lobo View Estate, a grand home with soaring ceilings and walls of glass, nestled high in the hills of Agoura, California, designed to showcase majestic views. This Moroccan-inspired home is owned by Kevin and Christa Foley, the talented creative team of celebrity and fashion photographer and accomplished make-up artist, respectively.  The photo above is Kevin’s work, Christa Foley’s hair design and the make-up artistry of the Red Lipstick Reporter and HMB’s own, Tamara Gold. This picture was taken next to the Foley’s breath-taking infinity pool on a typically beautiful Malibu day. 

View the slide show and you’ll glimpse the on-site photo studio, pool house, vineyard, 100 gallon aquarium filled with exotic fish, old-world courtyard and the best child’s sandbox I’ve ever seen (crystal clear beach sand elevated on a balcony with 280 degree views).
