TV’s Highest Paid #ChildActor, Angus T. Jones, has a new found appreciation for his Christian faith, but the posting of his religious views in at least two separate You Tube videos bring into question, his future on the sitcom that brought him to fame, “Two and Half Men.” Why? Because Jones publicly slams his character Jake and his CBS sitcom insisting fans stop watching his show. The Forerunner Chronicles, an apparently religious-themed channel, posted this to YouTube on Monday.

Um, yea. We’re speechless too.

Angus states:  “Jake from ‘Two and a Half Men’ means nothing. He’s a non-existent character. If you watch ‘Two and a Half Men,’ please stop watching ‘Two and a Half Men.’ I’m on ‘Two and a Half Men.’ I don’t want to be on it. Please stop watching it. Please stop filling your head with filth, please.”

He continues:  “People say it’s just entertainment. The fact that it’s entertainment — do some research on the effects of television and your brain and I promise you, you’ll have a decision to make when it comes to the television and especially with what you watch on the television. It’s bad news,” he continued. “So I don’t know if it means any more coming from me, but you might not have heard it otherwise, so just watch out. Watch out. A lot of people don’t like to think about how deceptive the enemy is. He’s been doing this for a lot longer than any of us have been around, so, we can’t play around. There’s no playing around when it comes to eternity.”

In a second video, posted on Sunday, the actor also revealed his past drug use including marijuana and L.S.D.

Angus states in the video: “The summer of my senior year [of high school], I started doing acid.”

As of this posting, neither Warner Brothers or the producers of “Two and Half Men” has made any official comment.

HMB will ask the experts at West Coast Counseling Center and the Looking Ahead Program for their insight into this developing situation.
