The Actors Fund, Looking Ahead Program’s “Leadership Council Parents Group” will host “Understanding Educational Options for Young Performers,” on Thursday, February 21, 2013, from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Do you have concerns about which type of education is best for your young performer? Which education best meets your child’s needs: GED, High School Equivalency, or a diploma? What about all of the tests you hear about? Learn about the options, the systems and how to asses for success for your young performer.
The evening’s speaker is Veronica Montes, Principal of the Culver City Adult School and Culver Park High School. She has more than 25 years experience with all types of alternative and traditional schooling. This is a great opportunity to ask her your education-related questions.
