ONLINE OPEN CASTING CALL:  How To Catch a Monster  WRITTEN AND DIRECTED BY RYAN GOSLING, SEEKS BOY, 3 – 7 YEARS OLD.

Ryan Gosling’s directorial debut How to Catch a Monster is seeking a child actor  for the role of FRANKIE (3 to 7 years old, caucasian or bi-racial; caucasian\African American).

Casting director Jennifer Venditti is currently accepting video submissions via an Online Open Call.  They are seeking a creative and imaginative child with an expressive face and unique look. This open call is available to actors in all locations.

    My son auditioned by video then got called back for in person audition. It’s berm 5 days no word. My question is when he went in my husband was asked to sign a waver for film action disclaimer and give my son’s social security number. He called to find out what is done with info and they said it gets put in their data base. Is that typical? The auditions were held in The casting directors office in Soho. It all looked lagit fron the research we did. We never auditioned for a lead roll in a film before. Any advice?

    My son jessiah wuld be perfect candidate he only 4 yrs old can read rite . He is very out spoken not shy out going personality soft heart . Great potential .

    My nephew (5 yrs old) fits the role of frankie perfectly but I don’t really understand how 2 send a video of him, any ideas
