NOT ABLE TO ATTEND THE NYC AUDITION?
Auditioning in person is always preferable over a video audition, but if you are unable to attend the auditions and would still like to be considered, please send an email to: newsies.casting@gmail.com with the following information listed below:

If you would like to be considered for a NEWSIE your email should contain:

• A photo and resume
• Your current email address and phone number
• Your current physical address
• A short three minute video.  Please make the video, upload it to YouTube, choose to make it either     public or private, and include a link to it in the email.  The video should contain:
• A one minute clip of you dancing and/or tumbling and/or tapping.  If you have not seen the dancing in Newsies, please check out some of the clips on our YouTube page.
• A one minute clip of you singing “Carrying the Banner,” sheet music for which can be found by clicking here.  Listen to the music by clicking here.
• A one minute scene of dialogue from the show, which you can find by clicking here.
