Happy Sweet 16 Jake! Teen actor Jake Austin, who plays Max on the popular Disney show “Wizards of Waverly Place,” celebrated his 16th birthday in true Child Star Style on Saturday, December 4, 2010 at the Beacher’s Madhouse located in the historic Roosevelt Hotel in the heart of Hollywood, CA.
Austin’s on-screen siblings, Selena Gomez and David Henrie were in attendance as were other child stars like Jaden Smith; teen stars Bella Thorne and Moises Arias (Hannah Montana), former child star Kyle Massey (That’s So Raven), and a star best known for acting like a child, David Arquette (Scream).
The menu included Sprinkles cupcakes, pizza and drinks at the celebration followed by dance performances by the Oompa Loompas, burlesque dancers in candy-colored braziers and tiny tutus and (just to remind us that he’s still a kid after all), Alvin & the Chipmunks. All of Jake’s guests received amazing party favor swag bags including of a pair of Onitsuka Tiger kicks courtesy of Entertainment Fusion Group.
