Actors Space West is announcing a premier camp for young actors want to work in film and television, or for those who want to have the experience of working on a professionally produced short film. During the two week summer camp session, days will be divided into a morning session and an afternoon session.
Each morning campers will receive expert coaching in various areas of acting including:
- Cold reading
- Improv
- On-camera work
- Scene study
- Audition techniques
After lunch, the second portion of the day will be spent rehearsing and ultimately, shooting a short film, directed, shot and edited by industry professionals who work in feature films, commercials and television.
First session for Ages 8 – 14 years
DATES: June 17 – 28
TIMES: daily 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
PRICE: 700.00*
Limited to 12 campers! A $100.00 deposit will hold your space. Deposit is refundable up until May 11th when balance becomes due.
2nd session Ages 13 – 18
DATES: July 29 – August 9
TIME: daily 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.**
PRICE: 750.00*
Limited to 12 campers! A $100.00 deposit to hold your space fully refundable up until June 15th when balance becomes due.
please note: This is an advanced session…. age limit will be strictly adhered to for this session…no campers under the age of 13!

Approximately 6 weeks after the second camp session ends, the campers and their friends and families will be invited to the Exclusive PREMIERE of both short films, complete with our own paparazzi, screaming fans and red carpet interviews at a local, first-run movie theatre!
