4) Coogan Account – California
Not all banks offer Coogan Trust Accounts. Even with those banks that do offer them, not all bank employees are familiar with Coogan Accounts. Using the term “blocked trust account for your minor child” may help avoid confusion. Each Financial institution has different requirements for opening accounts. 5) California High School Proficiency Exam – http://www.chspe.net
The California Department of Education (CDE) is responsible for the California High School Proficiency Examination (CHSPE). The Sacramento County Office of Education (SCOE) administers the CHSPE under a contract with the CDE and has produced the content of the Information Bulletin and this Web site.
If you have questions regarding CHSPE registration, administration procedures, admission tickets, transcripts, or duplicate Certificates of Proficiency, contact the CHSPE Office at the Sacramento County Office of Education.
