Video: William Morris Agent Reveals Traits She Seeks in Child Actors

William Morris talent agent Bonnie Liedke discusses the four traits she looks for in child actors she may potentially represent: Looks, Talent, Poise, and Charm.  Of the latter trait she expounds, “Once they have that 5 seconds [in her office] you hope to god they can be very engaging.”
