If you haven’t had the opportunity to watch Modern Family, a brilliant new comedy on ABC, please tune into the show tonight. It’s comedy lies in the genuine truths of each character, fantastic actors (including the many talented child actors), strong writing and documentary style ala The Office. Warning: the comedy comes fast & furious, so if you don’t want to miss a single line or thinly veiled innuendo, tivo this bad boy. I really wish I’d pursued the recent casting notices on LA Casting calling for children for the recent birthday party episode. My 10 year old daughter would have loved being on the show as it’s easily her favorite prime time series as well. I couldn’t agree MORE!!! We love this show! It has been a loonnnnggg time since I have loved a 30 minute sitcom (The Office being the only exception!) This show is a MUST for your DVR!
Love, love, love this show. We also DVR it just in case we miss it. There is something that rings true in its representation of a family dealing with all the challenges of modern life and the LOVE that they have for each other. It’s just HA-LIRIOUS as well.
