‘Spider-Man’ Reboot Film is Casting Young Peter Parker/Spiderman & young son of the Villain character “The Lizard.”

UPDATE: Please contact your respective agents & managers for specific information about auditioning for these roles.  As far as we know this is not an OPEN CALL audition. If any additional information is gathered to the contrary, we’ll let you know.

The “Spider-Man” series reboot has cast actors Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone and Rhys Ifans lined up for the major roles.

According to Moviehole, Sony executives are seeking “a dark-haired Caucasian boy” to play a four-to-six-year-old Peter Parker, with the young actor ideally resembling Andrew Garfield. The part is minor, as “Spider-Man” is said to focus on Parker’s experiences as a young college student.

Sony is also searching for a child actor to play Billy Connors, the son of Doctor Curt Connors — a part that supposedly belongs to Rhys Ifans, according to a report last week. Applicants for the role of Billy Connors need to be between eight and eleven years old.
