ATLA “You Are A Star” Red Carpet Event Saturday February 28, from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Youth, teens, young adult actors and their Hollywood Moms are invited to join the fun!
Actor Training In LA (ATLA) is a Talent Training Service that provides actors with training programs all year round. Laurie Morella works diligently with staff and teachers developing new programs and classes to help actors of all ages sharpen their skills and to reach their full potential as actors and wherever else life takes them!
The ATLA Mission is to BE ALL YOU CAN BE AND BE PROUD.
The annual Red Carpet Event allows hard-working child actors to have fun while also giving back to their communities. Morella always includes charities as benefactors of her Red Carpets Events and this years events will focus on charities giving back to youth and teens.
Laurie Morella has clients from around the nation and the world who travel to Los Angeles to train with her company. Pilot season is when many come to L.A. to learn; so she has a Red Carpet event at this time too to help them have fun, learn to give back to others and to develop relationships for a lifetime; we all know that making lasting relationships is key in anything we pursue.
Laurie has created a trusting and secure learning environment where young actors expand their skills and grow as individuals. In doing so, she has become an invaluable resource and influence for both child actors and their parents. She truly enjoys helping actors succeed and takes great pride in seeing their smiles and hearing their success stories; whether it’s their first pre-read or a booking a job! Laurie will say or write in her emails that she is “Dancing Like Snoopy” when she hears of her students’ many success stories.
Recent shout outs for ATLA students include Mateus Ward booking a series regular on Murder In The First (TNT); Zachary T. Robbins booking the upcoming Sony/Netflix series Bloodline; Cody Saintgnue recurring on Teen Wolf; Casey Burke recurring on The Middle, Gabrielle Elyse recurring on Nicky Ricky Dicky & Dawn, and Sean Ryan Fox booking a series regular on Henry Danger as well as many others.
All the Child and Teen Actors mentioned above will be attending this charity event so come by to say hi!
