In a seeming effort not to be outdone by the naked elephant in the room (Vanessa Hudgens latest camera phone pics) Miley Cyrus’ performance at the Teen Choice Awards had her making her grand entrance via a trailer home and concluding with a make-shift pole dance atop a moving ice cream cart.
