She’s been on our fashion radar for several years, which makes it difficult to believe child star Kiernan Shipka is only 14. Not many 14 year olds would know how to pull off her retro sophistication, yet not many teens are wearing the biggest designers in the world or have grown-up under the tutelage of celebrated Costume Designer Janie Bryant (Mad Men).
There’s something very sophisticated and arthouse about Kiernan’s style and we can’t wait to see it develop further as she matures. On April 2nd, she joined her Mad Men castmates for the L.A. premiere of Season 7, which prompted a look back at some of our favorite Kiernan red carpet ensembles.

Which one is your favorite?
[…] There are plenty of kids in TV, but not that many who are part of Emmy-nominated (and Emmy-winning) shows. Two young Hollywood regulars on the Emmys red carpet are Aubrey Anderson-Emmons of Modern Family and Kiernan Shipka of Mad Men. The two stars looked lovely at Monday’s award ceremony. Aubrey is wearing another custom Tea Collection dress (as she has in past years), and Kiernan is wearing Antonio Berardi.
