Brad Gilmore Casting is casting “White Frog,” a feature film starring Joan Chen, BD Wong, Margaret Cho and Harry Shum, Jr.. Principal photography commences July 18, 2011 and ends August 7, 2011 in Los Angeles. Executive Producer is scribe David Henry Hwang (M. Butterfly, Possession).  Producers are  Chris Lee (Superman Returns, Valkyrie) and Joel Soisson (Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure.) They are seeking male, asian teens, 13-17 years old to play 15 for the lead role of Nick.

Character: Nick: boy, 15, Asian, suffers from Asperger’s Syndrome and relies on his older brother to help him socially. Following his brother’s death, the bewildering outside world is no longer filtered for him, and Nick is forced to face truths he never thought possible about his brother’s secret life. Note: Asperger’s Syndrome is an autism spectrum disorder that is characterized by significant difficulties in social interaction, along with restricted and repetitive patterns of behavior and interests.
