All Hollywood Mom Blog readers, Momagers and Popagers take note because this is a *focking* good one. Recall the smash hit comedy “Meet the Parents,” and the equally entertaining sequel “Meet the Fockers” ? Good news! The third installment of this film franchise is in the works and your 6 to 8 year old child has a shot at one of the 2 title child roles thanks to 3 separate Nationwide open casting calls taking place this coming weekend, May 30, 2009.
There will be THREE OPEN CASTING CALLS in Los Angeles, Orange County and New York for Universal Pictures’ feature film “Meet the Parents 3” aka “Meet the Little Fockers.”
They’re seeking Caucasian boys and girls, ages 6 to 8, to play Greg and Pam Focker’s children Henry and Ashley Focker. Henry should be slightly oversensitive and Kind while Ashley will be a tomboy type. Children must be available for work in California from July ’09 through Oct ’09. No experience is necessary. Twins & multiples welcome!
My hubby has had the pleasure of working with the franchises’ male stars Robert DeNiro, Dustin Hoffman and Ben Stiller on other film projects and respects each of them immensely. This promises to be a pleasurable and highly professional experience for the 2 lucky kids who are cast in these lead roles.

What a great opportunity for some lucky kids. We live to far to take the drive to give my daughter a shot. Besides she’ll probably think she’s funnier than the actors.
