My short list of “favorite things” reads like the inventory of an upscale spa: An ocean view, vigorous pedicure, goji tarocco orange-scented candles, Brazilian flip-flops and buttery-soft linens. I’m no therapist but this list appears to be an attempt to R-E-L-A-X.

Just like Oprah (and Julie Andrews), I also have “favorite brands” of my favorite things. For instance, Live Good, Inc. is my go-to for achieving the perfect, cozy bed because there are few comforts more relaxing than a bed made up in yummy, cotton sateen. It makes me feel doubly-good that Live Good’s products are all sourced and handcrafted exclusively in the United States from 100% certified-organic cotton.

My king sheet set I got recently (in classic white naturally) included a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and two pillow shams that were all neatly tucked into a reusable organic cotton pouch; the perfect presentation for a housewarming or wedding gift. Sheets are available in full, queen and king sizes in a variety of subtle shades.

What is cotton sateen?

Cotton sateen has a luster that is similar to that of satin making it exceptionally soft, smooth, and luxurious. Despite it’s delicate texture, this woven fabric is highly durable and long-lasting.

What is natural color cotton canvas?

Our cotton canvas is a simple sturdy natural colored fabric speckled with brown flecks.

What kind of inks do you use for printing?

We use formaldehyde free water-based inks on our products and all of the graphics printed on our products are considered “low-impact” in terms of their chemical content.

Where are the products sourced?

All printing and finished materials are sourced in the United States.

What does “certified organic” mean?

For a product to be “certified organic” it must contain (excluding water and salt) only organically produced ingredients and processing aids. Any remaining product ingredients must consist of nonagricultural substances approved on the National List including specific non-organically produced agricultural products that are not commercially available in organic form.

Are Live Good products optimal for people with chemical sensitivities?

Since these materials are certified organic and the entire production process non-toxic, they do not contain chemicals that can transfer onto your skin and cause irritations, which is a common problem among chemically sensitive people.

Where can I buy Live Good?
